Dry
Scruff – Crush, Hood River, OR
A blend of Hood River valley apples heavy on the green and tart varieties makes for a dry and crisp hard cider. Good apple aroma and an effervescent mouthfeel. ~6.5% ABV
Aji Margarita – Crush, Hood River, OR
Hood River Valley apples fermented dry and then infused with roasted Peruvian chilis, lime juice and cilantro. Crisp and tingly with a long finish. Often blended with sweeter ciders and a favorite in our cocktails :: ~6.7% ABV
Rascal – Crush – Hood River, OR
Yarlington Mill cider apples are blended with a tart backbone of green apples from the Hood River Valley. Wild fermented and kept on the lees for 6 months. The result is a dry, crisp cider with an apple nose and hints of butterscotch. Complex tannins add depth with a slightly astringent finish.
~6.3% ABV
Foxy Whelp – Crush – Hood River, OR
A British bittersharp cider apple grown in the Hood River Valley is blended with tart, green apples and fermented dry to give us a complex hard cider. Its "appley" aroma complements its short mouthfeel
~6.9% ABV
Kingston Black – Crush, Hood River, OR
A traditional, bitter sharp, British cider apple grown in the Hood River Valley. It makes a dry, complex and earthy cider with a smooth mouthfeel. What a dry hard cider should be. ~7.1% ABV
Semi-Dry
Black Currant – Finnriver Cider – Chimacum, WA
NW organic apple cider blended with the complex, sweet and earthy taste of Black Currants. Sparkly with a clean finish on the palate. ~6.5% ABV
Bogey – Crush – Hood River, OR
Hood River Valley green apples are fermented dry and then re-fermented with the tropical flavors of Orange and Guava and topped off with the seasonal notes of sweet NW blueberries. This cider is semi-dry, tart and dangerously delicious. ~6.3% ABV
Guava Grapefruit – Bauman's Cider - Gervais, OR
Tropical Guava, Grapefruit and pink Peppercorns make a semi-dry, summery cider that is tangy and refreshing. ~6.2% ABV
Semi-Sweetjour
Pineapple Mutt – Crush – Hood River, OR
Hood River Valley apples fermented dry and then re-fermented with the tropical flavors of Pineapple juice. A crisp and refreshing journey to beaches and palm trees for your taste buds. ~6.7% ABV
Strawberry Rhubarb – Elemental Cider, Arlington, WA
North West apple cider infused with local Strawberries and Rhubarb. Fruit forward, sweet and tart and oh so refreshing on the tongue :: 6.0% ABV
Just Peachy – Bandon Rain – Bandon,, OR
NW hard apple cider infused with sweet and tangy, local peaches. It's fruity nose reveals both apples and peach and its balanced flavor complements its lingering mouthfeel. A perfect summer treat. ~6.9% ABV
Blood Orange – Elemental Cider, Arlington, WA
North West apples dancing with the sunny flavor of Blood Oranges. A refreshing semi-sweet cider with a clean finis :: 6.5% ABV
Watermelon Basil – Tieton Cider Works, Yakima, WA
What could be more "summery" than Watermelon? This cider blends NW apples with the contrasting flavors of Watermelon and fresh Basil. It's a bit of sunshine for your mouth. ~6.9% ABV
Lemoncello – Elemental Cider, Arlington, WA
Crisp, North West apple cider infused with traditional Italian Limoncello concentrate - made from lemon zest and sugar. Sweet and tart and oh so refreshing on the tongue :: 6.0% ABV
Cherry – Apple Outlaw, Applegate, OR
Local, sweet and sour Cherries are co-fermented with local apples to make this delicious year-round tongue pleaser from Southern Oregon.::
6.2% ABV
Comice – Crush – Hood River, OR
Comice pears from Hood River valley are wild fermented and aged for 3 months. This is a crisp and sparkly perry with a tart, clean finish ~5.1% ABV
Sweet
Jamaica – Crush, Hood River, OR
A hard Agua Fresca of Hibiscus blossoms and cane sugar combined with the tart citrus notes of limes. Loads of sweet with a rich mouthfeel + long finish. Blends well with dry ciders, especially our spicy Aji Margarita. ~5.7% ABV
Beer
HEFE WEISSBIER – Weihenstephan, Freising, Germany
This is the benchmark, unfiltered wheat beer from the land of beer and from one of its oldest breweries - The old Abbey, slightly north of Munich, has been brewing beer since the year 1040.. This Hefe Weissbier is light and refreshing. 5.4% ABV :: 14 IBU
Pilsner – Weihenstephan, Freising, Germany
A crisp, effervescent Pilsner with a classic, strong, hoppy nose and a pleasant bitterness. Prost! 5.1% ABV; 30 IBU
Pallet Jack IPA – Barley Browns, Baker OR
Columbus, Citra, Amarillo and Simcoe smack this classic NW IPA with flavors of citrus and pine. 2-row Barley and crystal malt form a mellow backbone for these hopped up suds. ~7% ABV
Delirium Tremens – Brouwerij Huyghe, Melle, Belgium
A strong Belgian Pale Ale with an appropriately pale blond color, fine bubbles and a solid head. A well balanced taste with a long, full mouthfeel. Simply Unforgettable. 8.5% ABV 24.5 IBU
YaYa Ee Juicy IPA– Thunder Island Brewing, Cascade Locks OR
Seven different kinds of hops bring out the juicy citrus and tropical aromas and flavors minus the overwhelming of most IPAs. So if it's the dank and bitter cellar your tongue craves, this is not your jam. "Mellow" is a better descriptor. Cheers

Helles – Weihenstephan, Freising, Germany
This is a classic German pub beer brewed near Munich, Germany. It's slightly tangy with a refreshingly smooth mouthfeel and just the right touch of hoppy bitterness. 4.8% ABV :: 16 IBU
KÖLSCH – Brauerei Gaffel, Köln, Germany
The classic Kölsch beer with the fruity complexity of an Ale and the crispness of a Lager. 4.8% ABV - 27 IBU
